Most single storey homes take 8–10 months from construction start, and double storey homes 10–14 months. Design and approvals usually take another 3–5 months.

Our designs start from $380,000 for a compact single storey home, and custom homes vary by size, site and finishes. After an initial consultation, we provide a transparent, itemised estimate.

Yes. Every Haven design can be adjusted for your block, orientation and lifestyle, from room sizes to facades and finishes. 

 Yes. We manage design approvals, soil testing, engineering and certification, so you deal with one team. 

It means demolishing your existing home and building a new one on the same block. You keep your location and neighbours and get a modern, efficient home.

Always. You'll have a dedicated project manager, regular site updates, and a clear schedule from start to finish.

All Haven homes include statutory structural warranty protection, plus our own 12-month maintenance period after handover. (Demo terms.)
